Now that the conference year is over, it’s time to look to 2025. Established events often have great deals at year-end as they try to tap any remaining 2024 budgets. If you are lucky enough to be in that position, by all means lock in those lower prices now. And even if you need to use 2025 budgets, you may be able to arrange a delayed payment on the current deal.

To assist your planning, check out our curated list of 2025 events below. These are the largest events in the real estate industry geared towards technologists, program managers, marketers, developers and C-Suite execs at both legacy property managers, commercial real estate firms. And befitting tech/innovation gatherings, there will be a slew of proptech startups, fintech companies and VC investors looking for the next big bet.

Event details are current at the time of publication. But always check conference websites for the latest. Conference ticket prices increase as the event draws near, so we recommend booking as early as possible for maximum savings.
